I do wonder if this alludes to one being able to send Inquisition soldiers to deal with the matter instead of you personally. If so, that is a very favorable approach IMO.
Rewatched the gameplay. I'm afraid this won't be the case, since the player chooses this particular option and it results in us getting the quest. Guess they are more for selecting how you get the information for the quest, if at all.

Just curious. Is there a way to umm...mute the IGN fellow and Cameron in the latest video ?....I am watching the demo and their voices are blocking out the ones in the game

They're recorded on the same track, so short of some CSI-type audio work, it's all or nothing.

That demo was Awesome! Wish I could of heard what Solas said in the demo though.... 
I hope they will upload this on Youtube soon without narration.
