Dude, you put a guy in Grey Warden armour next to the Inquisitor and Hawke and then said 'but it's not the Warden, though.' Of course we're overthinking it! ![]()
People are really overthinking this.
Then say that it's neither the Grey Warden nor the Orlesian Grey Warden and we\ll give it a rest, really. It's... that simple
And heartbreaking, hm
Though I still hope Hero of Ferelden'll show up somewhere. She/he deserves it no less than Hawke does, even more, to be honest
Its likely a new character. People really should give that a bit of a rest. Its not like they'll confirm it either way.
I agree.
We should just wait and see till the game ships. Getting asked the same question over and over again can be really annoying.

While i love the Hero of Ferelden, and would love to see him show up (especially considering my PC's relation to Morrigan), i don't think he deserves to be there more than Hawke.
DA:O took place like what, 10-11 years before Inquisition? And it didn't really have much to do with the events of this game. On the other hand, DA:II was barely a few years prior, and was directly responsible for the mage-templar war that is raging in Inquisition. Hawke showing up would make some sense, the Warden showing up would be a bit more tenuous.
That being said, i do really hope my Warden shows up!
That card-art for your companions looks beyon amazing.
DAI just reeks quality with each reveal... ![]()

The Inquisition deals with all kinds of conflicts, not just the TemplarsvsMages. As far as I remember we can deal with this problem quite early and move on. Thankfully
'Sides, Hawke was more of an errand boy/girl who got involved in a conflict rather than a person who caused it. Thank Anders, not Hawke, for this
The Grey Warden, on the other hand, dealt with the Fifth Blight, elves, mages, dwarves, politics and actually did something
And if she/he won't appear... it feels almost like Bioware just don't care. Like an old toy, tossed away in favour of newer Hawke. She/he deserves better, not to be left out
There's another thread to discuss the Warden and Hawke in DA:I.
(Three, actually, including one in the Story forum.)

MESSAGE POPULAIRE !
I liked it, but I am worried about the conversation system. It zooms in a tiny bit, but will all conversations while questing be like that? And will the camera not look over to our companions when they make a comment (looked that way in the demo shown)? I want to be able to look at the people that are talking closely and see their expressions.
I hated that most convos in ME3 had you just standing there and not have a proper dialogue mode when talking to your squad mates on the Normandy. Looks like they are doing something similar, only it doesn't even matter if there are dialogue options for you to choose
. If it's the same way for the romance content I'm going to be extremely sad :/
Simple conversations (the name of the system) exist to complement full conversations, not replace them.
They're used almost exclusively for light dialogue, usually lore-focused and for light exploration-focused quests. Some of them are more complex in animation than the one you saw, though they're intended to be focused on giving the player ways to engage in dialogue that don't pull them out of the world and into full cinematic scenes.
To be clear - conversations that are simple conversations exist because that system exists. They give our writers the ability to add content that the player can engage with at their own choosing without it having to be compensated by cinematic design time. They're easy to implement, easy to interact with and easy to disengage with at the player's choosing.

Just because this doesn't get said enough; This is an awesome feature.
Anything that adds more immersion and interaction with the world, even at this smaller level, is amazing. Thank you!
In his card, Solas appears to be wearing clothes very similar to the tier 4 Dalish Mage from HoDA.

Just watched the IGN vid in depth-ly.
I'm absolutely loving the war table. Its assets, operation, variety, etc.
Really impressed. Looking forward to this game now more than ever ![]()
Best video so far that one from IGN. Pure gameplay = win. All the time.

Hi! New mount (lizard creature)? Can you tell me?

Well, does he appear to be riding it, or killing it? If he is riding it, it’s a mount.
Hey @Cameron__Lee, what's that you've got there? #EAGC
@dragonage Oh those are the nominations from some lovely people. We ended up winning their RPG of show award ![]()
