Oh my, Cassandra.Has anyone posted this yet?

Spoiler
I love the cover art! I can't wait to get Volume 2. I have to re-read Volume 1 before DA:I so my Inquisitor can be an expert on all things Thedas.
Anyone knows if there is going to have a special edition for this one too?
I don't think there are, since I think you have to convert to their religion to join a clan
Their can always be Dalish who lie to fit in but don't really believe in the creators.
As a heterosexual male, +1 for David Gaider.
I've never understood why people attack LGBT content in games, and BioWare certainly isn't alienating us simply because they include content for others. There's something in Inquisition for everyone, regardless of your gender or sexuality. It's awesome, and something the guys and girls at BioWare do better than most. It's something they should be incredibly proud of.
There's nothing in it for me, but I get your point.
Dear #Cullenites It may be time to join the party and play #DAI upon its release. Pertinent tips welcomed gratefully @dragonage @bioware
@dragonage @bioware 1. Play as Mage 2. Choose weird dialogue 3. 4. 5. Fill it out #Cullenites #DAI

I hope so, the volume one special edition is really nice!

We keep saying "female Inquisitor", but shouldn't it be Inquisitrix? #DAI
Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids! Not Qunari!
Qunari love Trix, and qamek has made the foolish rabbit a productive member of society.
But you can switch between characters with the low-angle camera, as well, so just switching can't be the problem.Right, that's what I meant. The 'dead' time when your cursor is hopping from one character to another in tactical view while switching would make it impossible for any character to attack if attacking in tactical view still required a selected character and continuous button presses.
This happens all the time with Freemasons. I don't see why the Dalish can't do it too.Their can always be Dalish who lie to fit in but don't really believe in the creators.
Casssandra's intense by default. I wonder who she's aiming her laser eyes at?Wow, Cassandra looks intense in this cover...

@dragonage @bioware How about I post video of my first time playing...? Would the #Cullenites like that! #DAI

Oh man. I REALLLYYYYY hope she's not race gated. I want my first playthrough to be a qunari male and I want Cassandra to be my love interest for sure.
Does anybody have the original World of Thedas book? Is it work picking up? Is this one all new content or an update of Volume 1? Sorry I know all my questions have probably been asked and answered before. ![]()
@AlixWiltonRegan are you going to tweet or film your DAI gameplay experiences?
Alix Wilton Regan @AlixWiltonRegan
Hang on - @DAEanders6 what? You mean of me shaking my head and going "oh god Alix, REALLY?!? THAT'S what you thought was a good idea?!"
It's settled. We're replacing Karl with an easy bake oven. #qa #oneofthosedays
As it's being debated, e.g.:
I've been saying it should be Inquisitrix for ages. In fact... I think my first post on the new forums used that word. How funny.
But probably only worth a quick comment so as not to derail the thread:
Whilst correctly referencing latin roots, the female gender suffix '-trix' is increasingly archaic where the trend is for gender-neutral terms or terms where titles previously used as male are now equally adopted as suitable for female title holders.
Examples: A female manager no longer needs to be a manageress, they may simply be a manager. The term 'Directrix' would once describe a female Director but that term has now long passed as has Prosecutor/Prosecturix. Aviatrix is sometimes used but is also somewhat archaic. Only the term Dominatrix seems to be holding its own.
If there is no need to specify gender then the term 'inquisitor' works as a gender-neutral term. Otherwise one might note that the Inquisitor is a male or female inquisitor. Terms such a Femquisitor or Broquisitor may also work just fine.
