I agree. I thought about doing case-specific updates in my topic title, beginning with the Vivienne VA reveal, but then I realized... the newer forum layout apparently doesn't allow for that. (Which also makes me sad for if I do a first-time-through-Inquisition playthrough thread like I did with the other two games earlier this year, because updating the titles was something I had a lot of fun with. Woe, etc.)

 

You should definitely make a thread specifically devoted to the video if you wish to do so!

This and the recent survey about Bioware being in the top 5 game studios that people want to work at really makes me feel how fun it must be working at Bioware.

Have to be fun or else they wouldn't be able to work as hard as they do. Bioware seam to take good care of their workers (with Poker Nights and Ice Cream Sundaes once a week) so that they wont feel the strain as much but it is a hard business. Sooner or later you hit a wall, like Casey Hudson did. It's not a coincident that the people who leave Bioware also leaves the industry. Bioware is probably the best and the most fun place to make games, as long as you can take it. Few seam to leave to join other games studios. And few seam to get fired (Evil Chris Priestly being the only one I can remember).

A lot of it is once a person gets the required work experience they move on to much higher paying and easier schedule jobs with a lot less bile and death threats against them and their family outside the gaming industry.
