Because of my xbox dieing on me, I've had to replay all of my characters. so now I've

played through origins:
8 times

played through DA2
16 times

giving a rough 20 hour playthrough for each, I've spent:
480 hours=20 days=about 3 weeks of my life playing dragon age:whistle:

Daaaang! I am beat! I play the games on my Mac (don't throw rocks at me!) and my Mac died two months ago so I replayed the games about nine times in the span of two months, no wonder my grades are dropping

Well, are there any new tweets they could be discussing instead? That should help put the conversation back on-topic.

@hanlsp Can we get him in DA3? An easter egg boss perhaps?

Getting so much positivity from DA fans with the book. Y'all are just incredible. Home sick in bed and smiling at Twitter. <3

Those birds don't look particularly scared...Maybe it's a conspiracy by all of birdkind to distract the Bioware employees from the game... maybe tht's why it's taking so long to release information about the game!

Is it the same goose?!

Glad to hear World of Thedas is getting a good reaction, can't wait to read it. Shipping to Australia is... unnecessarily long.

(Related: any lurking devs want to confirm PAX AUS attendance?)

No. It's irrelevant. It's a cross-platform title with a limited appeal, so not the sort of thing that would get revealed at the event. And there's zero logic behind thinking BioWare/EA would have to wait for Microsoft to reveal their next console. EA has already revealed cross-platform next-gen games.

Oh no, i wasn't talking about a reveal at the Microsoft event.

More along the lines of the reveal of DA:I as a next gen game. Sony already revealed their console. Now it's Microsoft. I can imagine that developers finally can market their games saying that 'it will be available for PS4 and xbox720 (or whatever kind of name they chose).

Sony had cross-platform games with limited appeal revealed and/or showcased at their event.
And about BioWare/EA having to wait for Microsoft - likely one could devise a set of premises (ones that you wouldn't challenge) that lead to the conclusion that a DA3 reveal at Microsoft events is at least a possibility.
In any case, it wasn't suggested that BioWare/EA had to wait for Microsoft's event. Could it not merely be the first practical opportunity?
No doubt a reveal at the event would be beneficial for both parties - EA gets a great deal of exposure without having to organize an event, Microsoft gets to showcase breadth in the scope of genres available for its system.

I'm not trying to argue that a DA3 reveal will take place at the event, or even that it's likely. But strength of the stance you're taking in answering the question of whether it will be (a hard "no") isn't really supported by your reasoning.
