I imagine the Keep will release at the same time globally, so at least that won't be on delay. Assuming.

I must say I don't get all this constant whining about the Keep beta   (and honestly having to sift through a 1000 "I didn't get in" posts EVERYTIME they send out invites is getting annoying).

 

We will all get the Keep a month before DAI. Plenty of time to make those 5 worldstates a thousand times over...
