Man 3 minutes and it's gone, heck was probably gone in the first few seconds buts still....  I can only hope that giving away these codes to unknown randoms means they'll be opening it up to everyone is relatively short order.  I mean we have to do load testing right guys, right?!

I think the invite description message appears every time whether it's already gone or not...

Yeah, every time you enter a code, whether it was claimed hours ago or not, brings you to the "confirm product" page.

It always does that, it's just letting you know what the code was for.  I mean just for giggles the other day I tried one of the 40 minutes old codes and that message still pops up.  It's going to be gone within a minute of posting so if it say anything over a minute+ when you see it for the first time just make peace with the fact that there is no chance you are getting to redeem the code.  Still won't stop me from trying.

I find it hard to believe that's an in-game pic. I had to look closely to realize it was not a random landscape photo.

 

Actually, that is just a landscape photo... but one day we'll get to this level!

I'm sure that is just a picture taken somewhere in the intermountain west (anywhere from Canada south to about central Utah or Colorado in the US). I can drive 30 minutes and take an almost identical picture.
