No, I'm almost positive they're referring to previous games when they say that. The Keep video from PAX details how upon first time startup, the Keep syncs with your Origin ID and inputs the Warden and Hawke you crafted in the first two games. That's the sync.

 

That doesn't necessarily prohibit there from being something more in-depth within Inquisition, but I do not think that is what is being referenced here.

That might just be referring to the image of the Warden used in the Keep.

I think they mean Dragon Age Origins.

Create a new warden in DA:O and it will probably sync the warden to the Keep

Based on the Day 1 Keep videos, the only things about the Warden that are synced to the Keep are the name, the Origin, and the image file that serves as the character portrait. The Warden's actual appearance can't be synced. The portrait is shown purely as a tool to help the player organize her world states in the Keep itself.

Maybe this has been already answered but...

 

Are the story.xml files also uploaded to the keep, or will we have to manually input the character "story" from the BSN character profile into the keep?

I'm sure that'll be resolved for the keep come public release.

Double check dev console is not enabled, logged in same acct as on keep, and online options enabled

You can turn it off completely or have it hide when it can. I don't believe we have transparency control.
