With the jester thing ... it's not going to be anyone actually dangerous, because it would be mighty stupid to make someone a jester if they could jump at you and slit your throat in the middle of juggling brightly-coloured balls for your amusement. So that rules out someone like Briala, who's a pretty skilled rogue, or a mage of any skill.

 

It would be someone like Javaris Tintop - a harmless NPC who's nevertheless prone to getting involved in shady dealings and who's a prime target for such a humiliating fate.

Yeah, but the whole point of such a punishment is to humiliate that individual. You're turning them into your trained monkey that dances at your command. Death might be more merciful.

If I had any chance at succeeding, I'd say "Screw it" and go for the kill. So either that person is harmless or has been rendered harmless.

I'm so looking forward to making Skyhold my home in this game. And fully upgrade it in terms of defences of course because if there's one thing previous BioWare games have taught me, it's that you ALWAYS. UPGRADE. YOUR COMMAND CENTER.

I just want to very briefly say that today's #IPlayBioWare schtick has been a really moving thing to read and briefly participate in. Beautiful trend. Beautiful people. And just what the doctor ordered. I understand (and agree with) why we aren't spamming the twitter thread with all those feels, but hot damn are there feels.

Just mentioning this because in the past BSN had rather a bad rep for, ah, colorful-in-a-bad-way members/posts/threads. Fans and forum members showing so much more maturity, gratitude, humanity and generosity both here and on Twitter is refreshing to see. So hats off to Chachi and all the rest of you awesome active fans

You know, I'd heard people say the first part all over the web and stuff for awhile and it made me to wary to come here but...  Having been here maybe a year or so?  This is honestly the only video gaming related forum I can stick to and enjoy being it.  I think, as someone who is generally just a lurker, this is overall a pretty positive and informative place, a few incidents aside.  

I went OT in the Twitter thread, but for love , I promise.  Back to semi-lurk!
