I hope he likes Thermal Shock. Ice + Fire spells = Split open exoskeleton and innards on the floor.

I rarely used potions in the other games, this is going to annoy me.

 

Set your tactics so your party members auto-use the potions instead of nagging you "MOOM I have a boo-boo!  MOOOOOOOM I NEED A BANDAID!!!!  OW OW OW!"

Harm and an arrow. Never tried that.

I tended to go with Spell Sequenced Magic Missiles. Lots of them.

Feeblemind and beat him to death while he stands there going "Derp?"

 

When I got to the green dragon toward the end of the game, my Feeblemind didn't go off and I was like "crap, how can I rescue this retreat retreat!" and then poof no more dragon.  "What the . . . Aerie!  I forgot you had disintegrate!  Well done!"
