I was so let down (and really cold, because I usually keep my window open until mid September) when I woke up and saw the snow this morning, and then I wondered why I was surprised. >.< It's Edmonton after all.

There are only two seasons here in Alberta.

 

Winter and construction (or what some refer to as "summer".) I personally believe the early snow today is karma for the relatively mild winter we had last year.

You know that saying about how when a gopher comes up from its hole and sees its shadow, you get winter for like, 6 more months? Well, it's like that here. Only sometimes the gophers don't go back into their holes. Sometimes they just sit there, staring at their shadows. Forever. I think a few years ago there was a day where we were the coldest place on Earth. o.O Although I'm not sure if that was with windchill or without. There was also another year where we had a random snow storm in the beginning of May, but it melted pretty quickly.

 

Also thanks. :3 It's super cute, isn't it? And this is enough of a derail, so back to our (ir)regular scheduled programming!

Meh I have had enough demos I think, its already made me want to get the game so more demos for me would be redundant and I hope it gets released and I can get it.   On the flip side though if we get some specific demos (like a CC demo) or just...a war agent mission demo or something...I wouldn't mind seeing those.

im my home town  in province of nova scotia  we get spring/road construction/Summer more road construction/fall road construction/ winter 

 

noboby knocks down building  in nova scotia too many are 400+ years so they just work on roads mostly lol.
