Hmm, so I assume Cullen brings in a lot of Templars with him. Suppose this means there are at least three different factions of Templars (ours, red, and the one we can side with potentially). Will there be others? This war sounds pretty chaotic.

I bet there will be at least a fourth that will be fully free agents.  Templars due to their Lyrium addiction but not officially apart of the order trading out their services as a mercenary unit, etc.  And then there might be a fifth who will side with what's left of the Chantry if the Inquisition is not considered, for whatever reason, an organization of the Chantry.  I know its supposed to start off that way but depending on player preference it may not stay that way.
