But... But.... but I don't like elves... But then...and they...with the...?
I'm so confused right now.

I took a another look at the two elf inquisitors and I noticed that the male one's ears are more pointy.Does that mean we have different types of elf ears to select? Just a curious thought.

Both of those elves look nice, but that female elf is amazing. I am so happy for the new elf design and the options that should be available like freckles.

Can I try the creator before November 18?

Stuff like that is always done through official announcements. I'm afraid I can't be too helpful here.

Is the vallaslin from the old games also included in the CC?????
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell
You will have to wait and see what all the Vallaslin are!
Phew. Now I have 1 bug. This was a crazy productive day. Time to crash with some Destiny maybe.

I adore how much the inquisitors we've just seen look gorgeous and yet like actual people.
They don't feel needlessly photoshopped to perfection, or have supermodel golden ratio proportions, or have airbrushed, perfect skin. Part of this is Frostbite giving them the capacity to do this, but a lot of the credit goes to the artists for giving us realistic "flaws." And it's not even really flaws, it's simply not looking like the cookie cutter pre-built base model we usually get.
I love the lady elf's freckles and strong chin! I love the dude elf's prominent nose and sleepy eyes!
I don't know everyone's names, but shout-out to the 3D modelers and texture artists and character designers (and though we can't see it in the screenshot, shout-out to the animators and riggers) and also the lighters and everyone else responsible for this awesomeness!

I don't understand why the developers are treating vallaslin like it's supposed to be a secret. It would be more beneficial to know what vallaslin are available, and what the different vallaslin actually mean for those of us who plan to play as an elven Inquisitor, so that we can use the correct vallaslin, instead of having to guess at which one is the correct vallaslin for the Creator we want marked on our face.

He could just be being overly careful so he doesn't reveal something he doesn't need to. Also maybe there are descriptions of the Vallasin's in game during the CC so they don't want to spoil that. Or some other mysterious reason. Who knows

I have no certain proof of this but I'm pretty sure nothing's finalized for the Vallasin because...they aren't final, ha! Pretty sure they are still working on them or else - you're right - it would just be a fun tidbit to release. I feel like it's one of the details that isn't visually finished at this point since it's low priority and is a pretty easy factor to get right once bigger bugs are out of the way.

I always liked the thorny one the elf from your avatar is rocking. I wonder which god that is for?
Elgar'nan would be my guess. Because he was so badass he gave the sun the old one-two and only allowed it back up into the sky if he agreed to set every night. And since the Warden is a badass that makes sense enough for me.
Elven lore is slept on my friend.

Why should people rolling an Elven inquisitor get preferential treatment like that ? We don't know what kind of horns the Qunari can have, we don't know what kind of beards the Dwarves can have, why should we know what kind of Vallaslin there are ?

Because horn appearance doesn't say anything about your character, and it is much more important than what way you've braided you hair. It says which god you felt was the one you should honor.

Still, I don't think anyone should be getting preferential treatment when it comes to revealing customization options. It's still a rather minor thing that doesn't need to be spoiled in the first place.

It depends on how invested you are. For some (such as myself) it's as important a part of character creation as class. It says a lot about your character whether they would follow the path of a healer, or the bath of vengeance. If we want to create a character all the aspects need to join together and make sense. It's more than a cosmetic feature, it's philosophical and religous, it's proclaiming your aleiance, so we'd like to know who we are aligning ourselves with.

Well, in this case, dear Bioware we'd like to see some customization options. We'd like to see tattoos for Elves, horns for Qunari, beards for Dwarfs and whatever for Humans. Everyone happy now?

From previous games, there is no correlation between a Vallaslin and a Daish's role.
