I really really really hope that BW improved Cassandra's model because she looked rough in the old trailers IMO, which probably happened since we haven't seen a picture of her in a long time.
BTW, Vivienne has blue or brown eyes? In the E3 trailer she looked kinda weird.

well they changed Josephine (her hair at least) so it's possible they may have fiddled with some of the other characters' looks.

And Solas face changed a lot too.
The thing is that almost all the other characters look so good: Vivienne is flawless, Josephine looks great, Cullen looks awesome, Dorian looks good if we ignore the paint moustache, Varric is a quantum leap over his DAII model and so on.

I'm sure all the people who posted about how ugly Cassandra is could have saved themselves a lot of effort by waiting and seeing how she ends up in the actual game, since they only have the old footage and art to go off of.
