I have the ebooks but I also have some physical Dragon Age books (and the Dragon Age RPG Dice Set for the tabletop game). Got a Morrigan's action figure too, but it was very costly (something around R$100, way more than the US$20 I saw on US stores) and hard to find. Livraria Cultura has at least one Flemeth statue on stock, but it's R$200, lol (I guess someone ordered and gave up after they imported the statue).

 

Now we will have Dragon Age: Inquisition on portuguese, so I'm hoping the sales go well around here, then we could have the Dragon Age books translated as well, like happened with Assassin's Creed, Battlefield, Diablo, World of Warcraft...

 

And for some reason I'm Morrigan. Well, I really love her character...

I don't know what your question is, but it's likely that it's not a straightforward answer as of yet. Combat is still in fine tuning. So, they won't talk about things that aren't guaranteed yet. And some answers lead to further questions, which would lead into unfinished areas, so they stay mum on some completed things too.

It was the case with previous games but now that there is an intentional limit to 8 abilities mapped out even on PC, they could have changed it. It's a yes or no answer but yeah.

It might be the sort of thing they are still looking at. Nothing is final until it's final, as they say.
