While I can't tell you the number (I think it's a surprise?) I've now beaten every dragon fight in the game.
Our game. I should specify that. Anyhow, I Am Now Death.
"Taco" is a swear word in our office. Instead of putting a quarter in the jar, you get a bug to resolve instead!
CARSON! ROOM 555 NEEDS TO KNOW. What was that name of that crazy demon chicken again?

go bears! Beat the Trees!

I swear there is an alt-game called Dragon Age: Bearquisition, and I ran into its hero a few days ago.
The bears also have a plan to deal with the big hole in the sky. You’re not going to like it.
Stick their head in, eat honey until they're too fat to get back out, and say "oh bother"?
Have you been reading the story docs again, Dan?!
Eight weeks to release, huh? The must be getting close to Gold then.

DRAGONSLAYER!!!
One fun thing was the loot because, to me, it told a mini-story, in that you get to admire the equipment of the dragon's previous victims.
So all the evil bears in Skyrim jumped into the Time Wound at Snow Throat and came out the other side of the Fade Rift to plague Thedas. Good to know.
They way they keep going on about how dangerous they are, you'd think they were raised by Broodmothers and Reapers... ![]()
Playing #DAMP with the combat designers increases your attack rating by 50 points! #NotReallyAThing DAI combat just got more insightful.

It's been long established that bears are godless, soulless killing machines. Why is anyone surprised?
No problem...
It's the same image they released earlier today...

so pretty...

Is it physically possible to finish the game without killing any of the dragon waifu?
The dragons I was going after in the wilderness were all optional.
Notice that she said only dragons found in the wilderness.... ![]()

Yeah, we seen a dragon attack on a castle already in one of the early videos and I believe we've heard of a couple more guarding another castle (Emprise du Lion?).

No, the Emprise du Lion dragons were chilling in those hot springs.

That's right, I completely forgot about the hot springs.
Cool to see both male and female Inquisitor getting the spotlight.
We've seen:
1. The dragon in The Hinterlands
2. A dragon in Emprise du Lion
3. One appearing in the middle of the battle between the inquisition and the grey wardens.
4. One in the desert.
5. That weirdly shaped dragon in the Enemy of Thedas trailer.
6. This one
7. This other one
8. The undead dragon / elder one.

Well, it is callled Dragon Age, after all.
It'd be sort of disappointing if fighting dragons was an optional thing. ![]()

Do you remember the bears from Baldur's Gate? At level 1, it was instant kill for my characters. When found more than one, even at max level, lost one companion (poorly equipped)... Lots of damage...

Just call me Prince Rohan...

Nothing quite pissed me off in Skyrim like Snow Bears. Those evil monsters were worse than dragons. At least with dragons the player character is a demigod built to fight them. Snow Bears are the real reason the Falmer went underground.

Nothing in that game was ever as dangerous as the Frost Troll when you first go to High Hrothgar. I was very low level and ended up getting chased by him into the fortress itself, where the Greybeards shouted him to death.

He surprised me when I first saw him but I managed to kill him with archery. (Well that and Lydia being a meatbag).
