Yeah, if there is no negative intent behind them than it shouldn't be considered offensive. But English has this nasty habit of changing words meanings over time; and then there is the problem of English not really being the same, across the western world. I mean a common example of the top of my head is the word fanny..In america it means buttocks but in Australia it means female genitals. So, when someone from america talks about fanny packs, there are always giggles and laughs from Australians.

People do not have the right to not be offended. Frankly, I don't think it's relevant whether someone finds something I say offensive or not. What matters is the content and the intention.

Even more so than that, offensive is not necessarily bad either. Just because someone IS offended by something someone said, that does not mean anything at all.
Edit: Of course, this means people can be offended all they want, but it also means who cares?

The only one I think we've seen literally nothing in game of, and I might be wrong, is the Female dwarf, so they have my vote for the CC race/gender combo.

Female and male elves have been tweeted.
Male qunari showed up in a blog post. Female qunari have shown up in gameplay. Qunari also lack helmets, so they're easier to see on dragonage.com.
Female and male humans have appeared in trailers and gameplay.
Male dwarves have appeared in gameplay, also technically on Twitter if Beauty counts.
That leaves female dwarves shrouded in mystery.
