I found the interview to not have anything new really, kinda deja vu-ish. But then i spose thats what happens when you don't post your article until a few weeks after the interview occurred.

Is it just me or did they tweak his face a little? He looks a lot more like he did in DA2.

To my eye, most (if not all) of these artwork/images have tweaked appearances from what we've seen so far...

I feel like his facial structure looks a little softer in this piece. Less gaunt.

Interesting. Didn't notice that for the other characters. It's quite obvious to me for Varric because of all the time I've spend looking at his face in DA2. Compared to last year's E3 reveal trailer, he looks a bit closer to his DA2 self (the eyebrow angle seems to have been tweaked), but since this appears to be a mix of artwork and in-game assets, I guess you're right.

Yes. The abbreviated bowl cut has been a little unflattering, at least to me. This looks much better, although you can still see where it has been shaved in front of his ear.

Oh my goodness do I have a lot to catch up on! Had a BLAST at EGX, and played DAMP twice! It was awesome meeting the devs and watching the dev session up close! I was the wolf whistle about varric's chest hair lol! Will be putting up a video or two about my experiences soon.

The fact people are so close to eachother in this pic would drive me crazy if i were there. I could not deal with peoples breathing and what not.

 

 

We were actually a good couple feet apart. This pic just makes us look close.
