Yeah, we have a fuzzy little image of her in the background, just like we have always had(not counting the two closeups since those aren't accurate anymore so is akin to saying we've seen Varric due to DA2.).

It's not, it's blue and grey.  Silver-ish grey.  Ish.

It's actually grey/silver with the heraldry in blue, right? At least for the warrior Wardens in DA2 it is.

Blue is likely because it's a "neutral colour", which is also why the police wears blue.
