I think Laidlaw said there were no Hellboy-like stubs for horns, but he said it was an "interesting" look.  I might be fuzzy on my recollection.

I also hugged Mike Laidlaw.
While getting autographs at the bioware booth he passed by and talked to some people.
I turn to the guy in front of me and say "was that who I think it was?"
He said "yes, you should go hug him."
So I did.
He was very huggable

My only regret is that I didnt get any pictures. Considering where I sat it was probably for the best because it wouldnt have done the graphics any justice.

You can still redeem yourself from this whole "no picture" fiasco by providing accurate descriptions.

(And yes, that is supposed to be a joke.)

Heres everything else they discussed:
-the head scout for the inquisition, Harding, who we know as the cute dwarven rouge from the last demo, is described as being "cute and merciless". Having to go and scout out locations and kill groups of enemies to clear a camp.
http://dragonage.wik...ile:Harding.png
-be on the lookout for cheesewheels. They said you would be finding them in the most random places.
-the treasury vault for skyhold went through different phases with what its contents were. Sometimes it had stacks of cheesewheels, and other times it was barrels. The sound of walking in there was very satisfying.

More will be told as I remember it.

-cave exploration was heavily mentioned by laidlaw as he wanted "each area to have a dungeon or cave to explore."
And you'll never know what you may find such as a note or item you can take back to skyhold to have examined.
-power will progress the story. The more power and influence the inquisition gains the more you can do along the lines of story and you may find yourself having a lot more than you would need to finish the game.
-major choices can have major outcomes such as how one might lead you to a whole different place than the other would.
-You will find yourself spending a lot of time at skyhold to do tones of different things and activities.

In terms of CC at the moment, my biggest concern is Hawke. I know there should be an option to customise Hawke in game (if i remember rightly), but when that takes place is the worry for me. I'm hoping it'll either be at the same time you create the inquisitor or a separate thing, like looking at your world state from the keep and having a direct option from there to alter Hawke's appearance.

Otherwise, i think it'll break the game up a bit if the narrative is interrupted halfway through by a sudden CC create Hawke time! Also it would screw up any potential epic Hawke reveal moment.

Along the lines of character creation:
Some haircuts shown for the male human were, top heavy buzzcut sides, long gorgeous hair, very large thick beards, moustaches with scrubble, and some very fashionable hair for the ladies.

I remember reading someone's suggestion. A CC for Hawke or the Warden pops up when lets say Varric or Leliana reminiscence about their time with the respective character.

That was actually a question I asked to the panel.
"We saw hawke in a recent trailer how hard was it turning a pc into a npc?"
They responded by saying it was pretty difficult by making it just right and recognizable for the audience. The lead concept artist talked about how it usually takes 1 day to make a characters model but hawke took him around 3 days,
They were really careful to include the hawke you remember whether they were sarcastic, diplomatic, or aggresive.
So it seems it was a pretty big thing for them the get right, bringing old characters like cullen and hawke into DA:I
Also said that yes you will be able to change the way hawke looks, but not when in the story that would be

They didnt show all of them but from what I saw it varied from curves to the back, circular curves, straight horns but no "stubs"

Can you make them have bronze skin like Sten?

I have one more question. Did they show a new gameplay? If so, was it very spoilerish?

Alas, no gameplay just the CC and the cinematic that follows (spoilers?) in which you character appears in darkness to turn and see the green avatar that was shown in the enemies trailer, before walking towards it. Clip ends there.

It looks really in depth and a lot of people are going to be impressed when its officially revealed.
I know I, and everybody else, were in awe when they showed it to us.

Can you use the color wheel for hair color etc or is it just makeup?

For some, shyness is their Red Templar Commander. For others, a lack of education. For me, it is a large man who wants to kill us.
