Interesting... Qunari Headgear is "Vetar" (sp?) - makeup-tatoos/warpaint that is poisonous to other races.

No helmets for Qunari, they get equipped with a facepaint/warpaint instead. Not sure how I feel about that, especially if I roll a hornless Qunari.
