So the default name for Human Male is Maxwell. That's not bad.

 

Seems kinda modern, as a first name.  Though the de Maccuswel family apparently goes back a fair bit.

That's....disappointing.

Was hoping hornless Qunari would have more variety like the cute braid the F!dwarf had or the braided bun like the F!elf. 

I'll get over it tomorrow but right now, I'll just sulk for a bit.

you know I saw sum Ryse son of rome pt the other day, and the graphics really reminded me DAI. The bits I've seem anyway. In Ryse the hair seemed to be challenging. Esp the long hair. The mom had hair texture very much like Cole without his hat.

 

But everything else was friggin outstandingly poppy!!. DAI on this gen/pc...omg. This game is going to be gorgeous! Youtube obviously does not do it justice.

The colour palette for hair is available for every race except Qunari.

Regarding the qunari, that is disappointing... they only have 4 styles, out of which 2 appear nearly identical and all 4 are short. I'm not sure why they decided to combine horns and hair - a separate option for each, with all horns taking up identical forehead space might have allowed more customization. It's not as though any of the horn options come anywhere near clipping with the existing hair. That way you could just include the regular human/elf/dwarf styles and disable their selection when you opt for horns. But then, I don't know anything about their engine, so who knows how feasible that would have been.

 

And it's really a shame, because the rest of the CC looks absolutely awesome. There's just that one little jarring thing, which is only especially noticeable because the rest of the system looks so stunningly good.
