I just love the artwork on these cards. Its just stunning.
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell
Agreed. They really outdid themselves. These were done by Ramil, one of our senior artists.

You get one depending on the power points you put in from your advisors

first - i love love the character generator.
... my only gripe is this: in the previous games we could indepedently decide the color of hair and eyebrows/beard. I so wish we could still do that in this game. I had PLANS ;P

(The gif is even more poignant if you imagine the HoF as Gandalf and Hawke as Boromir
)

I may spend the entire first day just messing with the CC. I really wish Bioware would have released it early SR4 style for us to play with.

I just realized that the nightmare card is Duncan...
I need to lay down...
That was pretty sad indeed.

Defending the programmers from the bugs
You shall, from this day forth, be known as...Bugbat!
Forgot localization the next game should be all pantomime. That would be interesting. But never would happen.

is there at least a infinite stock of potions in stores then?
Mike Laidlaw @Mike_Laidlaw
Better: the Inquisition keeps a stock handy and refills your belt every time you return to camp.
That's good news, I wonder if you can add more to the potion belt. Not a crazy amount, but a small increase, I remember seen using inquisition points to add to things, like orlesian tailoring etc.

It seem very likely that'll be one of your inquisition perks. Probably one most will get early, I should think.

Yes, there are ways to increase the number you can carry. War Table Perks for example...

They've shown perks going down Leliana's advisor path that opens up more potions in the belt

With the health issue, I think you just have to think about what you're doing. If you're trying to conserve potions, don't pick a fight with everything you see and avoid things with high levels. And sometimes you'll just have to take missions in pieces, heading back to the nearest camp when your party is too ragged.
My first playthrough of Origins was a bit of a mess to begin with because it was forever until I realized I could go to the camp whenever I wanted. So I was struggling to find injury kits and ingredients for injury kits, and I ran my party all the way through the Brecilian forest loaded down with injuries and low health. I feel prepared for party roughing it. ![]()

Yeah, I remember something about an upgrade to the amount of potions carried.

Not a basic heal spell? This is really weird.
A heal spell doesn't mean heal spam.
Why should we chug potions instead?
Meh.

I really liked the CC demo! Not so thrilled about how the Qunari hair looks, but that's my only gripe; everything else was spectacular! I do have a favor to ask. Can someone tweet and ask if we can have earrings (the female dwarf is wearing one on the card)? I saw one of the chatters constantly asking this and was hoping dearly they would answer it...*sigh* but that was not the case. I suppose that I should have joined and asked...but those chats annoy me...well, the people in the chat box are annoying(not all of them, of course). Earrings would be wonderful to have, and I'm hoping it wasn't added to the female dwarf just to tease us
. Thank you!
