I laughed and screamed "BEES!" when the Inquisitor threw that jar of bees and you could see them flying around and the guy flailing just like someone being attacked by bees lol.

Schematics for armor and weapons are permanent additions: you can make that armor repeatedly if you have the materials.

And mix and match materials to experiment. Maybe you need that armor, but fire resistant to go dragon hunting, for instance?

just curious, are any quests made unavailable after a certain amount of other quests have been done? Like ME3 Grissom academy?

Not really an unusual thing. Making brand new items is costly. Got to pay an artist to draw it, animator to animate it and then got to spend who knows how long to make sure it doesn't pierce though a Qunari's horn.

Reusing old models and updating them is fairly common practice and saves money.
