We've seen plenty of girls...? I'd say it's been basically 50/50.
I meant in the crafting & CC vid. I mean yes we've seen female inquistors. Just wanted one or two more faces in the video,

Jar of Bees Romance DLC, semi confirmed.
I honestly can't pick a favorite part of that video; I am so excited! If our armors can be upgraded continuously throughout the game and we can make multiples, I'm thinking I might even be able to make different armor for different terrain! Warmer suits for the characters in the mountains, lighter garb for the deserts, etc. and it will be just like I want it, stats wise, everywhere I go! If that really is the case, I think I'm falling more in love with this game, if that was possible. That would be an interesting bit of immersion, depending on how much armor/weapon storage is available.

@Ryan_Treadwell Any way we can find out if there is a Rune of Bees in #DAI ? If not can there be a Rune of Bees? lol
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell 3m3 minutes ago
@Amy326 There is no Rune of Bees... yet.... but we have discussed it at great length.
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell 2m2 minutes ago
@Amy326 And for clarification, it would be called a Honey Rune.
@Ryan_Treadwell Wait...seriously?! That's awesome lol. We on the forums are acutally discussing how awesome a Rune/Spell of Bees would be!

@Amy326 To be clear to all you wonderful forum people: There is no Rune of Bees! Even though I really want one.
You need a larger SSD for a gaming PC. Any demanding game benefits from being on the SSD and their sizes are ever increasing. I'm not suggesting storing your Steam or Origin library on it, that would be madness, but move over individual games and link them to the library location with a symbolic link as required. I have a 120Gb SSD and it's barely large enough, I'll be going up to 512GB very soon, possibly before DAI comes out.Dang! I couldn't live like that, haha. Most PC gamers I know at least significantly update if not fully replace every 2 years. Madness.
I'm pretty sure my current rig will be close to what I predict DAI's recommended specs will be, but seeing how gorgeous this game is I gotta knock it out of the park.
Every day more and more hype builds for this game.. i don't know how i'm going to wait another 51 days

Any news on PC specs yet?

Next week.

Conaidering that spells and talents seem to base damage in % of weapon damage, are mages' spells weaker then others?
It's a complicated answer that would not fit into a tweet.

Was that hammer in the craft-video really called Merkel's First? Where's Obama's dagger? Putin's morning-star?Cameron's club?
I'm quite certain they're waiting for you to craft them.
Next week.
Thanks.

just how long will this game take to play, the character's appearance will take me a month alone!
Depends on how much side content you do but I know some people here have spent over 150hrs
Take a look at the customization and crafting that awaits you in Dragon Age: Inquisition: http://bit.ly/1wYvfe4

The thing about SSD's though is you want to minimise read-write. So not the best idea to put games on it?

Is the "Bianca's Arms II" loot in one of the gameplay snippets an upgrade for Bianca?
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell
Yup. That is indeed a Bianca upgrade. Good eye!
They need cross class combos, a spell called 'Honey Storm' for mage in which he shoots a glob of honey which is like the old grease spell and slows the enemy and then you released the bees on the honeyed opponent.

OH- and my jar of bees dedicated blog on tumblr will benefit from the video too! eee!
Ryan Treadwell @Ryan_Treadwell
We honestly did not expect everyone to be as enthusiastic as we are about bees. Glad to see that is a universal love.

I see this in my head and it is glorious.

It became too expensive for me to keep up with the upgrades. Even though my rig is very old and outdated, it can still play ME3 pretty decent when I get the hankering for it. I'd love to spend money on a new machine just for DAI.

Yeah; gives me a Swarm feeling all over....
Wow..... O.o That was awesome lol.
This should be in a different thread, but games are only going to write to your user profile which may or may not be on the SSD. Fast reading is exactly what you want in your games. Modern SSD's are built with a 10 year lifetime in mind. These are not the SSD's of 4 years ago.The thing about SSD's though is you want to minimise read-write. So not the best idea to put games on it?

Well, darn....here I was thinking "I should wait until they announce pc specs next week to decide if I wasnt to replace my Toshiba"
Now I think I'm going to have to.
Sorry hubs, I know where our bonuses are going this year.....

My own desktop is over six years old. Hoping to be ableto replace it sometime next year.
Is this... Green Lyrium??
I'm not answering that! You gotta find out all that stuff by playing.
- No worries.
I haven't updated/upgraded my home PC in... ~4 years I think? Still runs awesome, but it's past due for something awesome again.
What a difference a year makes. I built my new rig exactly a year ago.
Not to derail the thread, but maybe consider getting an All-In-One LCS, like the Thermaltake Water 3.0 or similar. More expensive, but they're a lot quieter than air-cooling.
