I'm going to be a downer and say a toolset is unlikely (simply because the devs have said so many times before).

 

But an override folder would be nice along with proper documentation + not encrypting the FB3 file formats so we can access it easily.

Honestly, aside from some sort of built in, or dedicated modding support from bioware, i can't think of anything that would be "Awesome PC News". Inititally I was thinking maybe more than 8 slots for UI, but honestly, I actually don't mind that at all (I played Guild Wars 1 and 2), and also, that's something that would actually significantly change the balance of and experience of the game for PC players.

 

I guess maybe text chat for DAMP... I can hope.

They have the chat commands on the d-pad which makes your character say things, like go forward, or good job, and some other stuff I think.

I played GW 1 & 2 also, the 8 slots thing doesn't bother me at all.  I'm not really expecting a toolset, even an override folder would make me fall to my knees and thank the maker Gaider though..
