You mentioned double-bladed knives for rogues? What do they look like?
They, um, have two blades. (Hee!)
They have a blade under the grip. DA2 had examples, but DAI separates their function to hit an arc.

Probably my fault, an image I used was just something I grabbed from Google. Changed it to something else and it seems to stop happening.
