Try looking directly at the Keep...I don't remember getting an email.
It, just says: "Beta signup are now closed" when you are logged in.

You revealed the LI's last month, but wasn't it announced there was a non party member non advisor one? Is it Scout Harding?
I don’t recall announcing that. You can flirt with some non party members. Maybe that.

could of been disabled for the demo so they didn't learn their backstories, personalities etc. or it may only be possible in skyhold.

Just the smaller areas where you fight the mage boss guy...none have gone deep into the place like this one.
