Could be something coming later, or just a break since they did the trailer yesterday.

How many other video game companies do fans send stuff to them? Just curious really, I never see Bethesda, Rockstar, or Ubisoft (the three I follow besides BioWare) tweeting about cupcakes, plaques, stuffed animals, and more being sent to them from fans.

Maybe if Bethesda announced Fallout 4 we would (I kid). Bioware has a higher level of transparency with their fans than most other game companies, I've noticed.

ArenaNet got a bunch of cupcakes once, I think.

No idea. BioWare is certainly the only company I've ever sent stuff to or been a part of sending stuff to (or have ever wanted to send stuff to, for that matter). My reasons run very deep and personal as to why and how that started, but it's certainly interesting to see what seems like a lot of other fans who do as well. Perhaps a testament to how much their games have touched some of us, sometimes on a level deeper than the vast majority of other games do?
There's just something about BioWare. They are Good People. They deserve Nice Things. ![]()

those wondering what other studios receive gifts from fans I only know of one and that is CIG run by Chris Roberts, they get stuff all the time from cupcakes to hand crafted lore based weapons, to alcohol. Its pretty crazy actually.

CIG (the devs behind Star Citizen) have shown the gifts sent to them on multiple occasions in their videos. But then again they may be a misnomer in the larger scheme of things considering they are directly crowd funded, quite successfully too ![]()

It's probably a reference to the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? that formed the basis for Blade Runner's plot.

I know ArenaNet (Guild Wars 1 and 2) has received cupcakes and fanart.
