Meh, so he's soft on an abomination. I would kinda expect that. Ah well, I'm still curious about him, but I doubt I'll see eye to eye with him in a few matters.

Sorry, I think Cole is nothing more than a spirit/demon. He's not human and the real Cole died a long time ago.

Solas apparently has a very different view. According to him, the only reason the Fade and its denizens are so unpleasant is because everyone perceives them as such. Thus the Fade reflects their ideas. Cole is split from the Fade, and doesn't seem to be bound to any distinct idea. If anything he's still searching for something to dedicate himself to.

Basically, Cole's just a lost soul as far as Solas is concerned.

None of the warriors is a bad fit with Solas & Cole. Cass, Blackwall, and Bull all make for a nice team dynamic.

lel, in all honesty I think I'm going to end up playing through this game at least 8 times, one playthrough for each romance.  This game is gonna be like "NO FREE TIME FO U!"

 

I actually have a google docs page with my 8 'planned' playthroughs for DA:I with the type of inquisitor I'll be playing as and their party.

I wonder where in the game you'll find all your pre-order/bonus gear. Early in the game at the Haven HQ maybe, or later when you get to Skyhold...?

I'd guess if it is only one the Skyhold (so that way you can access dlc gear after having progressed in the game if you buy it midway through), but I'd guess both places would have the chest/vendor/distributor.

 

DA2: It was right after the prologue that the chest appeared.

 

DAO: Not really a usable sample as we literally started the game with all the dlc gear in our inventories.

Probably something like that.  Think of it as a reward for surviving the prologue and throwing more money at Bioware.

In DA2, the DLC chests appeared both in Gamlen's house and the Amell Estate later, so I'm guessing whatever it is will appear in Haven and Skyhold both.

It's definitely very tentative, but I like to make plans for things ahead of time. It's just to give me an idea of how I'll do each playthrough.
