@User And it's hard not to notice the NUDITY warning in the beginning? Are we getting butts and boobies in Dragon Age?@PatrickWeekes @User Maaaaaaaaaaaaybe?0__0
Do I get to customize my Inquisitor's butt during Character Creation? Pleeeeeeeeeease?
I wonder where in the game you'll find all your pre-order/bonus gear. Early in the game at the Haven HQ maybe, or later when you get to Skyhold...?
Skyhold or Haven are the two obvious answers, but I'd lean towards the latter if the aim is to give players the bonus stuff early on.
(Like in Origins though, I don't think there's going to be a very realistic explanation for the protagonist inexplicably finding numerous special or legendary items that seem to come from nowhere.)
New video?

Femshep's all like "I did nudity in 2007. Get on my level."
New video?
Yep, seems like it.

Wow, that's really cool. Maliphant was a mage in one person's playthrough and a rogue in that one.
Have the devs talked about encounters being emergent or randomised like that before? Really interesting.
Da hell?
O____O

What?! Gonna watch that video...
You know it's a serious interview when I get called down for makeup. Aren't I pretty enough...
Time to work on those makeup skills, Cam! ![]()
New video?
Spoiler
Nice find! I'll add it to the Mega-Thread. ![]()
So that video also has Maliphant in a different location then where you fight him in other videos...
That's...strange. And really, really cool.

I noticed when all of those videos were being released and didn't say anything because I thought I was going insane. Glad to see someone else caught it.

omg has it already been 2007? It feels like yesterday

Wait, isn't it the same area, though? The study was just in the area behind where you fight him all the other times, no?

Yeah same building, but different room. Maybe in the other videos, the players had been making too much noise which attracted Maliphant? Maybe you have to be sneaky to catch him in his room.
Which is really cool. It means that your gameplay style will have an effect on certain encounters.

I sure hope so. I want the same butt as the Mage!Inquisitor in the "Hero of Thedas" trailer on my own Male!Trevelyan. You know, because if I have to see a butt through all of my DAI playthrough, might as well be DAT ASS. DAYUM.
*cough*... Sorry about that.

Yeah, it seemed like the other videos had players fighting longer against the hordes outside, which inevitably drew Maliphant out of the study.

Preach, dear.

Still, it's strange that they would change his class. He was a spellbinder in all the other videos. Now he's using a bow? Wouldn't him not being a mage affect that little storyline?
Maybe Inquisition has ALTERNATE REALITIES. WE'RE GOING TO DRAENOR CONFIRMED. (oops wrong game)
The DA:I forum have now beaten the DA:O forum in reply numbers.
DA:O was released in 2009 giving it approximately 5 years advantage on Inquisition.
DA:O copies sold by 2010: 3.2 million
If the reply numbers is an indicator of popularity, DA:I will sell 15 million copies. That is ofcourse based on many probably false assumptions and factors on my part. But even if this indicator is only half right, 7+ million copies could be expected sold the first year. However...
Since Skyrim sent the RPG fantasy genre to the next level, assimilating tons of new players to the genre - we can expect people that loved Skyrim to also find an interest in Inquisition. However negative feelz for DA:2 and ME:3 ending taken into account - offsets this some. Then again, the marketing and word of mouth in this age of social media should not be ignored. So my final sale prediction is:
8.7-9.2 million copies sold the first year.
For a comparison - Skyrim has sold 20 million copies total:
