That red outfit looks vaguely like Hawke's casual-wear pajamas, with some epaulettes....  And as that PC looks like a female I feel a disheartening disturbance in the Force regarding the possibility of fabulous dresses.

The chest area makes me think it's female, personally, and the profile just looks feminine.

(Edit: I think the white-haired partner is a dude, though)

We aren't going to be able to wear dresses in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
