I noticed in the new keep stream that killing or siding with Petrice is also an included option. So there is hope for us Petrice lovers out there to meet this fantastic woman again during the Inquisition
My mother was talking about Catholic school the other day, and she referenced her scary English teacher who accused her of plagiarizing...and her name was Sister Petrice. I was like, "Petrice, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr."
Hmmm i hope we get to see our companions use skills from their personal skill trees.
Admittedly, im really wanting to see Dorian, Cassandra and Sera utilising theirs to help inspire the many inquisitors i have planned to play.
I don't think they have individual trees, just specializations.

I hope so. I wouldn't mind some mini games between quests. Sometimes I just like to sit and relax, instead of rushing into battle all the time.

For anyone interested in the Empress Celene mask shown yesterday, it looks like you can buy one now...
http://www.shapeways...tml?li=shortUrl
White Strong & Flexible
White nylon plastic with a matte finish and slight grainy feel.
$68.00

This Empress Celene mask is for all the Dragon Age fans out there. Please note that this mask is inspired by the cover of Dragon Age: The Masked Empire book. The design and pattern is drawn from my b&w doodles. I hope you like my interpretation of the mask
According to the Dragon Age: Inquisition wiki:
"Orlais is a nation where class and social politics frequently rule the day. As such, the concerns and lives of the various classes can differ greatly. Among the nobility a penchant for high fashion is common, often copied in other lands such as Nevarra and the Free Marches but always at its most extreme within Orlais. Both men and women wear cosmetics of various kinds, with subtle differences that indicate social standing. In public, they are also prone to wearing very elaborate masks. These are hereditary and identify one's family almost as uniquely as the heraldry on a crest."

Open Beta means that it is not fully polished. Bugs can be expected and all the bells and whistles might not be added yet. Fully launched means that the team has said it's good to go, there should be no bugs and all the bells and whistles should be there and work.
I know that recently in the game world there has been a thin line between open beta and a launched product, with games needing a day one patch and sometimes 12 months worth of patching before they work the way they are meant to. This should not be the case though.
This. The Alpha and Beta tags are often just for intent. Alpha can be feature incomplete and be full of bugs. Closed Beta should be at least mostly feature complete but has allowances for bugs. Open Beta should be striving to be as close to bug-free as possible in prep for launch. Then ideally, launch will have zero (at least important) bugs. They open up the product more and more, knowing both that software development is an iterative process, but also that people can be super judgmental of early forms of the product.
Open Beta often just means 'You can fully/mostly try it out, but don't hate us for bugs yet! We're still tinkering with it.'.

Bioware has had quite the lull lately (2013-2014). Just over 2013 and most of 2014, we're only had:
-a bit of Mass Effect 3 DLC
-SWTOR 2.0 Rise of the Hutt Cartel and two major patch expansions
That's it, in terms of content. So little.
But if we bring in just the rest of 2014, and 2015 (not even 2016), we have sooo much more:
-Dragon Age: Inquisition launch
-likely Dragon Age: Inquisition DLC lineup
-SWTOR 3.0 Shadow of Revan and likely at least one major patch expansion
-Shadow Realms beta testing and likely launch
-possible Mass Effect '4' launch (if not, at least 2016; same goes for that 'New IP' business from Edmonton)
Yay! People can now be hyped up again for a few years, like the 2009-2012 period. Let us just hope it doesn't carry with it the same amount of controversy and fan anger/disappointment. Bring on the Inquisition, the dawn of a new age.

I have not seen a Qunari Rogue Archer yet; perhaps a male to compare with those viewed in DA2.
Seconding this. At least the archer part; male qunari or dwarf would be cool.

Hmm, suggestions definitely favour a male Qunari, but spread even across class selection. Interesting...
