Anyone else worried that we are allowed to see to much of the gameplay?
I know bioware is trying to satisfy our interest but it might be excessive, isnt it better to create trailers and keep gameplay on hold till the release.
The way I see it, everyone that thinks we've already seen too much won't watch it. Those that are unsure about something or can't get enough will tune in. There's already a lot of people that seem to be on DAI media blackout because they want the stuff shown off in the trailers/twitch streams/whatever else to surprise them when they actually play the game.

These streams help mitigate the lack of gameplay demo, and they show that BW has a lot of confidence in their product. I know several people who were previously on the fence with DAI who have been reassured by the streams (and the LP's on youtube).
Plus, they're tasty snacks for those of us who are unrepentant spoiler whores.

There are two threads about auto-attack in Scuttlebutt, better to move discussion or questions there I think.

So glad the Devs are doing these streams instead of sending demos to random game journalists who have no idea what their doing. Plus when the devs are showing stuff they always show the good stuff ![]()

They're doing both, which is even better!

The streams need to be more visible to gamers who are either on the fence or who don't even know what Dragon age is. Maybe more website exposure from the bigger gaming sites will help.

The only problem I see with doing all the streams is that they are catering to the Fanbase (which to be honest being a fan is great for me.)

They seem to be aiming the trailers to the greater audience, while aiming the streams towards fans who are on the fence.

User
Is it true that there is no auto attack without holding down a button (mouse or other)?
you auto attack while in tac cam.
Very sad news. Meh!

Ii don't understand about the auto attack. On PC all I had to do was right click on an enemy and the entire party would attack that enemy. How has that changed?
The small version: outside of tactical cam the character you are currently controlling will not auto-attack unless you hold the basic attack button. Not-controlled party members will auto-attack stuff after you engage them with the currently controlled character (this work like before). You can play the whole game in tactical cam mode.

While I do like things surprising me while I play through the game, that applies more to specific events than general details. I really want to get a closer look at the particularities of Skyhold, and I'm pretty sure this stream will accomplish that without spoiling anything super major.
It's like if I'd gotten a sneak peek into the interior of the Normandy before playing ME, that wouldn't have been the end of the world.

Hopefully there are no heavy story spoilers or in the words of Mike Laidlaw from the last stream "Spoory!" in this stream
Had to use spoory at least once

"We want to see more of Sera!"-said everyone that ever existed on the BSN
Actually Sera was in the last stream, so this stream needs to be Blackwall, Cole, and Vivienne(she already had her time on the stream though). ![]()
Edit: Before someone throws a fit
Dorian.
Better yet Everyone ![]()

compared to sera, they have much more exposure, so... no.
