Celene had a haircut I see

There was a concept art that had shorter hair similar to the woman in the video.

The character has the similar hair style (mostly right side) as some celene concept art. 

 

 

It does but "In Masked Empire" Celene wears a full face mask(probably a sign of her stature) and she has become so accostumed to it, that she has difficulty in controlling her facial expressions when not wearing it.

He's not leaving BioWare so he will probably keep coming back here.  Complete guess but I figure ME needs him to start working on the PC portion of that game now
