A lot of the music they used for trailers are from music production companies like Hi-Finesse (Lead Them or Fall trailer) and Audiomachine (Heroes of Thedas trailer).
It's hard to tell which of them are legitimate, though.

Just in case anyone misses it: once you follow the above link, you can click the little downward facing arrow in the top-right corner of the embedded audio player to download the track.
EDIT: Sorry, folks. Looks like EA removed the download button shortly after this post. 
I noticed that there's a 'Download' option, at the top right of the embedded SoundCloud. Are they giving it away for download, or is it something that's unavoidable for uploaders, like MP3 Converter for YouTube? If they're giving it away, I'll take it! But I'm not a fan of finding work-arounds for getting music without paying.

Listeners can only if you have checked the optional 'Downloads enabled' box in the track's edit or upload page. Tracks are not downloadable unless you explicitly make them so.
