Is the keep supposed to recognize my Origins and DAII characters? At the moment I'm arranging the timeline under a default character's name.

Is the keep supposed to recognize my Origins and DAII characters? At the moment I'm arranging the timeline under a default character's name. 

 

Open the game. Log on to the same BioWare account you use for the keep. Load up the character you want to upload. Remove a piece of equipment. Save. Equip the piece you removed. Save again. Wait a few minutes (might be longer due to the keep's new opening)
