Was there ever any doubt? They wouldn't miss the time of year when most consoles are sold.

Looks accurate to me, though I'm surprised that the event is only an hour long.

Now, I am guessing this will be for the PS3 and XBOX 360 as I have been hearing that the PS4 will not be backwards compatible. Would make it kind of difficult to transfer info if it was not compatible right?

Microsoft reps have said that the event is just to show off the hardware and that they're going to be highlighting games at E3.

But I'm glad the dev's are loving the game so far, it doesn't really say much (like parents loving their new baby I guess) but it's better than the alternative.

Hard to say, some rumours a while ago out of Shanghai suggested DA3 would be next gen, and several devs seem to have indicated that they're under non-disclosure agreements. According to a couple of developers, there's some sort of new save file import system under consideration or in development, which could overcome the difficulty of a console generation transition. 

We'll likely know for sure on June 10, though! 

Mike also kinda confirmed E3 is the big reveal.

I can't personally put much stock in comments like that tbh. I mean, what do you think a developer is gonna say, "Yeah I suppose this one is passable, I mean it's not the best game we've ever made or anything, but it's alright."

Say nothing at all? Cause when you say "BEST GAME EVAH" and it turns out poor, expect a lot of backslash. Personally if I was a PR guy, or developer of a game or similar, I would never say what my opinion of the game is, even if it turns out to be GOTY or something. Safer that way.

But if Aaryn feels DA3 is best so far, that is his opinion.

It is also a personal opinion and unless you have the exact same taste as Ryan, you probably won't have the same opinions he does.

I doubt Microsoft'll show a third party cross platform game at their big reveal. IF they even show games at all it will be Halo 5 and maybe a new GoW

They're already confirmed to be showing Call of Duty and FIFA, at minimum. Probably BF4 too.

I've had arguments about where to eat dinner that were longer than an hour. I'm expecting a big intro, lots of fluff and buzz words, a reveal of the hardware, and then forty minutes about how the world is going to better with Kinect.
