The short answer is, there are four Youtubers - Ashe (Lady Insanity), GamerMD, Ability Drain and Scottish Warrior (I think I got them right) - who are all 1) massive Dragon Age fans and 2) have a relatively large following for their Youtube channels.

My guess would be that they and Bioware have a mutual relationship where the Youtubers are offered 'exclusives' such as early Keep access, early Last Court access, gameplay previews, etc. and in return Bioware asks them to showcase said exclusives on their channels and help spread any news to the wider fanbase.
