The gear looks great, but I'm especially excited for the rogue and mages armors I've seen so far.

 

Except for whatever that polished skunk looking thing Varric's got on his head, we can just put that back in the backpack and pretend we didn't see that.

Agreed!  Solas is killing it in both the cowl and the armor.  I look forward to snitching it for my rogue   And the Warden shield Cass had in the stream is beautiful.

But this look is at least somewhat avant garde.  It has sleek lines, bold color, and a crisp silhouette. Vivienne could make this work.

 

That mess of leather and rags in the image that I will never look at ever again (which would look great on my ideal Femquisitor BTW. *She* would totally wear rough formless leather) should never even be in the same room as someone as haute couture as Vivienne.  

 

I might faint again.

Heidi: Vivienne, what did you think of Gabriella's outfit?

 

Vivienne: *Sigh* I think it was alright...and that's it. I mean, how many A-line dresses are we going to flood the market with? I admit, it was well-made, and I liked her color palette, but it did not electrify me at all, you know what I mean? And I'm a mage - I know what it feels like to be electrified.

 

Heidi: I liked the dress at first, but when I think back to it, it was rather boring.

 

Vivienne: Of course.

 

Michael: It was Danielle's pantsuit that really interested me, and believe me, that's not something I say very often about a pantsuits. It was very -

 

Vivienne: No.

 

Michael: What? 

 

Vivienne: Just no. Also, Marcus' outfit featured some strong lines, but it had yellow plaid that just did not work with the rest of the ensemble.

 

Nina: What did you like?

 

Vivienne: *Deep sigh* Well, if we must scrape a pearl out of the dung heap...I suppose I would say Yvonne's gown. Her model may have strutted like a two-copper ****** with a bad back, but the outfit had a certain elegance to it.

 

That got away from me, but boy was it fun!

Alright, I am now officially imagining Vivienne as a guest judge on Project Runway, and it is AWESOME.

 

She calls the losing contestant's outfit a trashy mess then sets Zac Posen on fire. Oh such sweet devotion to fashion. Also everything about that plaid dress is daring and great except the yellow; it's too mustardy and I don't think even Vivienne can pull it off. At least with video games the prints always line up.

I think if Vivienne's underarmour was a different color and her helmet matched her armor a bit more, it wouldn't be so...garish.
