Well, what other RPG can BioWare actually show on E3, expect from DA:3?

Anyways. I think it's probably DA3 they're talking about with the next gen, but I still think odds are good they will cover both systems. Especially if they plan on releasing this year.

Exactly. Its DA3. Unless BioWare is somehow really far along with their new IP, which is doubtful. And whatever ME thing they're doing is still a ways away. The BioWare game with probably the most hands on deck to get finished right now and the farthest along is Dragon Age 3. BioWare seems to focus on one game at a time in terms of public facing projects, so I don't expect they'd reveal more than one upcoming RPG when they have DA3 being the next game coming up most likely.

Now that the Xbox has been revealed, I guess the only question is whether we get any teases or anything DA3 related in the couple of weeks before E3? We know it'll be at E3, but would it be on Game Informer's cover reveal? Would EA tease some CG trailer now with actual gameplay at E3? Or do they just sit tight and not show anything until E3?

Dunno.
I get it: he's Angry Joe. But is it really worth the hassle to get that much pissed? I mean, no one forces you to buy the XBO if you think it sucks balls. There's a point when you lose that certain credibility.

Were I Bioware I wouldn't want any other reveal to outshine the game I'm planning to realease in a matter of months. Especially if we're talking about months.

Eh, I'd be very surprised if it were an XboxONE exclusive, but I think people will need to get over it if it's a next-gen exclusive.   I'd be very unhappy if it weren't available on PC, but if I had to upgrade my graphics card, for example, I'd suck it up and think of it as the price of gaming on computer.  The price of being a console gamer is that after a certain number of years, game developers move on to newer systems.

This is the reason why I think it will not be next-gen exlusive. They will lose a lot of initial sales. The average game consumer will probably buy two games at the same time as their new console (depending on the price of the console, as well, of course) and Dragon Age isn't as big of a name as other top games so as to be at the top of the list of games that the bulk of people will initially buy.

It will probably be current gen, with some built-in capability of being ported to the next gen consoles in the future, seeing as the PS4 and Xbox One are no longer backwards compatible. (but that's just my opinion )

I still can't imagine them doing that. Unless ms gave them some money? Idk how these things work, tho.
We'll know soon enuf. I hope its cross gen even tho I plan on buying a new console soon anyway.

My 360 has served me very well for loooong time. I have no complaints w/it. So, I'll prolly be getting the new one.

Unless something really untoward happens w/the new one.

Sorry, I did not clarify. I meant that DA3 would be exclusively on next gens (or PC, of course). Not that it would be exclusive to any one console type (X1 or PS4... or Wii U). 

Down that path would lie TRUE madness.
