So what's the word on furnitures? Can you interact with it like sitting on them or sleep in it or are they there for just dressing?

“So, who was your favourite character in what you played?” *wait for translation, instant reply* “Varric-San!”
@Mike_Laidlaw Awesome. Would guess a toss-up with Sera-chan.

...what is the soon thing we are talking about? Last Court? The game? Is there a trailer announcement I am unaware of? Lately it seems difficult keeping up with all the things, but by god, I TRY.

I swear some people make it their life's mission to be offended
No, what he said was kind of dismissive (the first time, the second time he was a little less Gaidertastic) and the people who responded did make excellent points about these sorts of decisions. DA is especially egregious, because casual misogyny shouldn't really be a thing considering that their Jesus figure is a warrior woman and their equivalent of the Catholic church is matriarchal. And that casual misogyny definitely shouldn't include things like Fereldans using "b*tch" as a perjorative (considering they revere dogs). But even with that aside, Thedas is not a perfect real world analogue and it would be nice for female gamers to get to play around in a fantasy world as women and not be smacked in the face by the same sort of sexist BS we encounter every day. If people on the BSN can complain endlessly about stuff that doesn't matter IRL, like attribute points and qunari hairstyles, I don't see why women (and POC and GLBT individuals) can't also voice their opinions about the way the game depicts and refers to them.

I agree. My issue was with the tone, there is ways to convey your grievances without coming off as a colossal jerk.

You use the phrase first world problems as a reason why it's bad to derail a thread about a video game?
Like..it's not as if, if they weren't complaining about first world problems, you'd be off solving starvation and economic crises, is it?

No, the reason is that it's a twitter thread. Those kinds of convo's belong somewhere else.
I now regret making that post in the first place.

Then the issue is hardly that it's a first world problem, is it.

not the thread for it guys this is the twitter thread, we get enough warnings for it going off topic in general without having a political discussion.
