The guy from the French preview said the tactics have been simplified a lot , compared to DAO/DA2.
You can also see the tactics menu in the video.

There's really only one dialogue exchange and it isn't the prologue. I'd say it's about an hour or so in.

Nah, the reviewer mistakenly forgot to change the Warden's fate in his world-state or maybe the Keep was still stomping out the big bugs. Sounded like the former though.

When the PC asked Leliana about the Warden she told him the Warden died defeating the Archdemon, what prompted the article's writer to return to the Keep and make the necessary adjustments.
