I don't use steroids and I have a similar body type!

He's referring to a terrible interview that Cameron did with some russian games media. The interviewer asked if there was a T&A slider, a toggle for the gay romances and his phone rang during the interview (and presumably he was reading the message instead of immediately turning the phone off). If you want a lesson in how NOT to conduct an interview watch it.

Male elves are skinnier then an average/normal build. Both elf and humans in DAI don't rapresent a Normal/average build in our world.
