Looks like we can either meet a win condition just by spreading the Inquisition's influence, Civilization-style, or we can smack the Elder One in the face without needing to max out the Inquisition's reputation/influence. Probably the latter, but the former would be an interesting twist.

I think he's talking about side quests.  You could do EVERYTHING possible to build your reputation, but doing the minimum is cool too.

I wasn't trying to be mean, just honest, and your argument backed up what i was saying which is he isn't suited to be interviewed for the mentioned reasons.

 

I apologize if my post came across as mean, as it wasn't my intention, and i could probably have worded it differently and was probably letting my disappointment of the interview come through.
