Not really sure what you mean by that. Talma is serving the Inquisition under pain of death; she's facing a lot of consequences for being a reaver.

It was more along the lines of Blood Magic = Mind Control = Win without any effort. Since they didn't want us to break the game by winning before killing a single enemy they took it out.
