The review embargo is still in effect. But people who have played the game are now able to post their thoughts based on the time they had with the game, hence the myriad of videos we're now seeing.

Still is as far as anyone knows. So far looks like Joe is the only person to have broken it, he may have misunderstood his guidelines.
