Gamespot's Kevin VanOrd is reviewing DA:I
On that note, I don't think it breaks embargo to say that the object of my homolove in DA:I rejected me.
Not necessarily related:
Iron Bull: You WILL be my love interest. I WILL make this happen.
Finally:
I am pretty sure Dragon Age: Inquisition might be 7 trillion hours long.

Your potential LIs can reject you? That's a first.
Of course he might have been referring to a non LI like Varric.

No doubt. In the stream today it was constant barrier spam or health was lost very quickly. That really didn't look....fun.
Yeah, that bothers me a bit. From what I understand, the goal for the updated combat system was to reduce healing "spam," and to not make the player feel like they would have to include a mage in the party every time. Yet with this system, a mage is still required, and healing spam has just been replaced with barrier spam.
It's not an issue that I feel is worth getting really upset over though. Just perplexing to me.
But enough of my off topic rambling.

Actually the main goal of the changes was not to stop healspam, but to allow an attrition based system, which can't be done if unlimited healing is in the game

I kind of remember them saying that the LI you're courting can reject you if you mess up, or are maybe playing the field while courting them as well.

Going by his following tweets, he doesn't have the required approval from his selected love interest to go along with the romance. No rivalmance in DAI.

It's all good though cause Morrigan is the DA version of Yennefer. So no love lost.

It might be wrong thread for this.
Though I find the two characters completely different, and I have read almost all of the books.

I'm a little surprised there seemed to be so few videos yesterday. Every other time something was lifted we had tons. It's probably better this way; not sure some of us could handle much more. ![]()

Came away from the DAI event w/ surprisingly little to complain about in the game. Which leads me to believe it will come down to characters
That's all I needed on the review front. Confirmation from a credible source that it's good.

Or the snakes. Or the jelly fish. Or the sharks. Or poisonous mammals...Yep, those from Australia are braver than I'll ever be.
there's also my favorite the blue ringed octopus, it doesn't actually sting you instead its venom is in it's salva making it's delivery completely painless so you don't actually notice you've been stung before you start to go blind.
sadly they make **** pet's as they don't live long.
then there's stonefish and the cone shell if you go up north.
and although not actually dangerous the humble bulldog ant* as any kid that's ever played in the dirt and got bitten on the finger will tell you the venom has a vinegar taste.
*not bull ant
