I have been debating whether I should go dark early or not. On the positive side, with the one exception, the Twitter Thread has been good about spoilers. So for now, I'll wait and see. The moment it starts getting out of hand... I know it's time to go on vacation.

Yeah. The health bar in the top right corner is the bar that denotes the health of a boss, I believe. Which in this case is the nearby Dragon. The health bar in the centre appears because the Dragon is selected as a target. At least, that's what I gather from what we've seen of the interface.
