Do you guys know if the Standard and Deluxe editions are supposed to have the same date even if the standard edition doesn't show the date?

I believe so. The only difference between those two editions is the additional content (Bog Unicorn, Red Hart Halla,......) The release (and preload) date are decided by region, not content. (at least that's what I've gathered from available info)

its because its region release locked, if you preorder it on origin you can play at midnight est wich is 11pm cst and 9pm pst

It's predownload, doesn't mean he/she will be able to play the game, only pre downoad. The game unlocks on 18, 20, 21 and 24th depending on region.

Lol it opens earlier in Asia (except japan i think), they unlock it on the 17th, was the same for ME3

It is! I get to unlock it at midday on Monday. BUT (there's always a but) life gets in the way.
